Sense of Nowhere is a journey from no-where to now-here, exploring what happens when our minds slip to the subconscious to daydream. In a fluid, ever-shifting world, the body can become anything – even a piece of vegetable floating in a soup. Inspired by Taoism, Buddhism, and Jung’s Active Imagination, this immersive work takes you into the space where thoughts drift, sensations fragment, and time collapses. Animations full of lush colours and gently playful interactions conjure a sensation of dreamlike ease, a drifting state where everything flows. Yet just as effortlessly, the dream can tip into a nightmare. It is in this fragile threshold – between beauty and menace, reverie and darkness, that the work contemplates the elusive nature of our imagination.
